Shop riders, Dwuma drivers, and country courier APIs
Pickup vs delivery: your own shop riders, optional Dwuma network drivers, and BYOK courier APIs for your shop country. Live tracking stays on the same order as the POS.

Pickup or delivery at checkout
Buyers choose pickup or delivery from the zones you publish. Staff see packing, out for delivery, and ready for pickup in merchant Deliveries — the same order the POS already knows.
Your shop riders
Turn on shop delivery when the people who already drop orders for you should take the jobs. They sign in to the rider portal: accept a job, head to the shop, pick up, ride to the buyer, and capture proof of delivery (photo, name, cash collected).
Dwuma network drivers
If you also allow Dwuma delivery, nearby platform drivers (bike, car, van, cargo) can accept overflow or nearest-job offers. You are not buying a fleet from us — you are opting into a network when it helps.
What the buyer sees
The order status page shows rider name, phone, vehicle, and a live map when location is on. Share the track-order link from the confirmation you already send.
Courier APIs for your country
Settings → Storefront → Fulfillment lists aggregators shops in your market actually use — Terminal Africa (live) and Topship (connect keys) in Ghana, EasyPost in the US, Sendcloud in the UK. Paste your own keys. Pickup, shop riders, Dwuma, and your zones still apply first; only Terminal Africa, EasyPost, and Sendcloud shop live rates after that in store currency. Super platform admin can allowlist or pause these connections.
